v1.i (12.2022) small bugfix for sound
v1.h (07.2021) debug mode on F11
v1.g (03.2021) fullscreen, updates for games 

Defects:
Timings and cpu cycles should be precise as calculated in BkEmu for Windows (https://gid.pdp-11.ru/bkemu.html),
otherwise music samples sound different, sometimes as garbage. Kind of ToDo thing.
It is advisible to use BkEmu build and sources for serious BK developments.
